Teofilo Reyes
Teófilo Reyes is the research director for both ROC-United and the Food Labor Research Center at the University of California, Berkeley, and the co-author (with Saru Jayaraman) of Tipped: The Service Industry’s Exploitation of Immigrant Workers (The New Press). He is based in the Bay Area.
