Ordering Multiple Formats of a Book

If you wish to purchase multiple formats of the same book (e.g. hardcover, paperback or ebook), you will need to add each format to your shopping cart separately. Click Continue Shopping inside the cart or choose the back button on your browser to return to the book page.

Shipping

If you would like to ship your books to a different location, check the ‘Ship to a different address?’ option at the bottom of the cart page and you will be able to enter an alternate address.

Checking the Status of Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you along with an order confirmation. If you require additional assistance with your order after it has shipped, please contact the carrier first. If they cannot resolve the issue, contact tnphelp@glassboxx.com

Customs

If your order becomes held up in customs, please contact the carrier first. If they cannot resolve the issue, contact tnphelp@glassboxx.com. We are not responsible for any late delivery of books shipped from one of our fulfilment centres or for the cost of shipping. Customers are responsible and required to pay for any duties, tariffs, VAT, or taxes on any goods ordered from our website and received from our warehouse.

Merchant of Record on Your Bank Statement

Glassboxx will be listed on your bank statement. Glassboxx represents our ecommerce merchant of record. If the bank allows, TNP or The New Press may also be included.

Discount Codes

Discount codes can be entered in your cart or during checkout. Enter the discount code and choose Apply. Your total will be updated. Please note that qualified items must be in your cart for valid codes to work.  For any questions about discount codes, please contact thenewpress@thenewpress.org.

ebooks & Audiobooks

Returns & Refunds

Customers wishing to return print books purchased on the The New Press website can read more about our return policy and guidelines.

We do not offer returns or refunds on ebook or audiobook sales.
